OSHA Recordkeeping Rule Update - Electronic Reporting

29 Oct 2017 10:08 PM | Anonymous member

Establishments with 250 or more employees that are currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records, and establishments with 20 to 249 employees in certain high-risk industries must submit information from their 2016 Form 300A to OSHA electronically by December 1, 2017.

If a company has multiple locations with less than 20 employees at each location, no electronic reporting will be required.
