1/2 Day Workshop

Objective:

This workshop is designed to empower people to look at their life and what drives them in their personal and professional world. Using the metaphor of the Wizard of Oz, we will invite the participants to look at their next journey. The journey can be anything that is vulnerable to that person, asking their boss for a raise, going on an exciting trip, dropping a child at preschool for the first time, or saying no to a co-worker. Everyone has a different journey in life and no matter what yours is, vulnerability is the key component. While we will be discussing goals at the end of the session, the destination is not the focus. The focus is on how well we can adapt, learn, and develop bravery in our lives. Bravery is contagious. Courageous leaders are the foundation of a daring culture. Every time we are courageous with our lives, we make the people around us bolder and our organizations stronger.

Finding your Yellow Brick Road is about finding your own path to becoming the courageous leader you are meant to be.
