About the Program:

1/2 Day Workshop with opportunity of up to 4 Strategic Credits

Objective:

We will focus on specific techniques HR professionals can use to help their company leaders lead employees through change.

Outcomes

Participants will:

Understand the dimensions of change versus transition
Educate leaders on the effect of good change management on employee morale and productivity
Identify and mitigate the most common emotional and behavioral reactions to change
Explore specific techniques that leaders can use to build trust within their teams
Understand the significance of communication to successful change management initiatives
Practice using an influencing model approach to communicate change effectively
Utilize change management tools to help leaders prepare for an upcoming change
