BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all HR functions to include Compensation, Employee Benefits, Employee Relations and Payroll functions. Develops compensation plans and policies to reward employees based on performance of the individual and the credit union and to ensure competitive pay rates are designed to attract, retain and motivate employees. Analyzes credit union compensation policies and government regulations in order to comply with legal requirements. Coordinates all aspects of hiring and internal placement of employees. Interacts with vice presidents and managers to maintain sufficient staffing in all departments.
